An easy smoothie to make when you are pressed for time
Ingredients
- ½ cup hemp hearts
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of greens of choice
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1½ cups filtered water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour into a glass
- Enjoy!
