A delicious homemade plant-based version
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1½ tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or the juice of 1 lemon
- Himalayan salt to taste
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy
- Store in refrigerator in a glass jar
- Enjoy!
