Baked Falafel

Serves: 12-15 falafel
A delicious baked falafel recipe without the extra calories from frying frying
Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- ¼ cup tahini
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp gluten free flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until all combined
- Shape into patties or balls
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 15-20 min, then flip and bake for 15 more
- Enjoy!
