An easy smoothie to make when you are pressed for time
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of greens of choice
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1½ cups filtered water
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Enjoy!
